Here we publish the annual reports of the Energy Park Research Foundation.

Transparency is important to us - the reports show how we strengthen projects, people and ideas, what impact we achieve and how we use funds and resources. They also provide an outlook on the next steps towards a shared renewable energy future.

Reflections on our journey together

In 2024, the Energiepark Research Foundation began its first year of operation as a nonprofit research foundation—with a clear focus and mission centered on expanding renewable energy. This inaugural year was marked by a spirit of renewal, networking, and a commitment to creating genuine value for the energy transition. Looking ahead, we have begun laying a strong foundation for our work, supporting initiatives, and bringing people, projects, and ideas to the forefront—namely those that think beyond individual technologies and view tomorrow’s energy supply as an interconnected system.

In 2025, we were able to build on this foundation and begin to make a tangible impact. With the official launch of the foundation, the inaugural presentation of the LIMES Future Prize for Renewable Energy, our participation in innovation and industry events, and the continued expansion of our network, we have provided significant impetus for research, innovation, and knowledge transfer. Throughout this process, our goal has remained the same: to promote innovative ideas and connect people.
